Coimbatore : The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation (CCMC) has been conducting Public Grievance Day meetings, every week on Wednesdays. The CCMC Commissioner and Special Officer, Sravan Kumar Jatavath presided over the Public Grievance Day meeting and received 90 petitions today.

The petitions sought solutions to issues regarding road facilities, street lights, drinking water facilities, health amenities and other basic civic amenities. The Deputy Commissioner of CCMC, S Prasanna Ramasamy was also present during the meeting.
The CCMC Commissioner instructed the concerned Zonal Assistant Commissioners to take prompt action on the petitions submitted. Zonal Assistant Commissioners, T R Ravi, Senthil Kumar Rathnam, A J Senthil Arasan, Mahesh Kanagaraj, Annadurai, Commissioner (Revenue), Saravanan Assistant Commissioner (Accounts), Mohanasundari, Assistant Commissioner (Placement), Usha, Zonal Assistant Administrative Officer, Executive Engineer Parvathi, Executive Engineer of West Zone S.Ravichandran, Town Welfare Officer M K Santhosh Kumar, Corporation Education Officer Pazhani and Accounts Officer (Water Supply) Lakshmi Prabha were also present at the Grievance Day meeting.
