Coimbatore : Renowned young social activist Jaggu (a) Jagadeesan known for his contribution in the Jallikattu protest, the Sri Lankan Tamil hunger strikes and various other social causes, breathed his last in Coimbatore, today. He was recently admitted to a private hospital owing to an illness and was undergoing treatment, but his health had deteriorated over the past few days.
Coimbatore : Renowned young social activist Jaggu (a) Jagadeesan known for his contribution in the Jallikattu protest, the Sri Lankan Tamil hunger strikes and various other social causes, breathed his last in Coimbatore, today. He was recently admitted to a private hospital owing to an illness and was undergoing treatment, but his health had deteriorated over the past few days.
Jaggu (28) was a website designer in Coimbatore. A differently-abled person, Jaggu did not hesitate in being actively involved in various social causes. He learned to hone his talents in spite of what the world considers as disability for a differntly-abled person. He was known to have lived his life with confidence and being socially conscious and responsible. He evolved as a social activist, blogger, website designer, writer and was known to be an avid reader and poet too.
Jaggu had already registered to donate his eyes and organs to make the public and his friends and kin alike realise the importance of eye and organ donation. Jaggu mentored other differently abled people to overcome their low self-esteem and express their talents and energy to the world.
