Coimbatore : A video footage of two wives of a man thrashing their husband, when he tried to get married for the third time has gone viral on the social media.
Aravind Dinesh (26), is a resident of Nehru Nagar, Sulur. He works in a private company in Rasipalayam. He was married to Priyadarshini daughter of Rajasekhar, a resident of Ganapathy Palayam in Tirupur on 2016.
Meanwhile, Aravind began to domestically abuse Priyadarshini soon after their marriage.
Priyadarshini unable to bear the harassment has reported the incident to the Sulur police station. However, as no complaint was registered in the All Woman Police Station, she had separated from her husband and went to live in her father's place in Tirupur.
Meanwhile, Aravind got married to another woman, Anupriya (23), daughter of Ayyappan, a resident of Pasupathi Palayam, Karur district through a matrimonial site on April 10.
Aravind has reportedly hidden the fact that he was already married and has tortured and domestically abused his second wife too. Anupriya unable to bear his torture left to her father's place too.
In the meanwhile, Aravind has reportedly registered in a matrimonial site seeking to marry for a third time.
On coming to know about this his two wives and their families approached him and questioned him on his marriage application in a matrimonial site.
However, Arvind reportedly challenged them to whatever they can do and insisted on getting married for the third time.
Following this, Priyadarshini and Anupriya took Aravind's father Soundaraj and confronted Aravind in his workplace. They thrashed him when he refused to give up his third marriage plans.
Upon receiving the information, the police arrived at the spot and rescued Aravind and took him to the police station.
Subsequently, Priyadarshini and Anupriya complained about Aravind in Sulur Police Station and the police are investigating the incident.
