Alleging the apathy of officialdom he said that “even though I have approached the District Collectorate for over 20 times with my petition since 2016, no action has been taken on that front”.
Submitting a petition to the District collector, Udayakumar pleaded for immediate action lest he might resort to the extreme step along with his family members
