Tirupur : A youth stealing a two-wheeler of a shopkeeper in broad daylight was captured by the CCTV camera in a busy market area in Tiruppur.
Manimaran, who runs a Xerox shop in Kumaran Road, Tirupur had come to his shop to open it at around at 8 am. Manimaran has reportedly left the keys in the two-wheeler itself and had gone to open the shop.
Meanwhile, a youth who was passing by had noticed the two-wheeler ignition keys smug in its place. The youth drove away the two-wheeler using the keys. The entire incident was recorded in the CCTV surveillance camera.
Manimaran has made a formal complaint to the police who are scrutinizing the CCTV footage for to nab the culprit.
