But it is a walk in the park for Prince Faraqualeeth.

Entering into the room with an expectation that people are not going to notice him at the word go, Prince Faraqualeeth begins his talk with these words. “I know I am neither a celebrity, nor a prominent face. There could be a massive gathering if a famous speaker is speaking”.
Though he starts with a subtle self introduction which may seem too modest for many, it is this trait that has made Faraqualeeth a successful public speaker and motivator over the years. Giving out the expression of a boring lecturer to begin with, Prince was able to throw in laughter bomb after laughter bomb and a definite hit among audience.
The Salem based Entrepreneur who is the CEO of Vibha Training and Consultancy Services was in Coimbatore to address entrepreneurs and aspirants at PSG-STEP Innosphere in PSG College of Technology on Wednesday. The event was organised by Nativelead.
Faraqualeeth’s less than an hour’s talk titled ‘Ullathinavu Kol’ (Have an adrenaline rush in your hear), circled around creating a successful brand. Going through the regular lecture teaching routine of explaining the subject in points, Faraqualeeth also used plenty of humour to keep the audience intact.
“Humour works well for me and it proves to be the ice breaker for the current generation. I have some jokes in the bank and use them according to situation. In addition, going there with no expectation actually helps me. With a few techniques I am able to win their attention in very less time,” he says.
Though addressing a heterogeneous crowd could be a difficult task for many, Faraqualeeth’s 14 years experience has helped him grow from an average speaker in 2005, to a Guinness World Record Holder for the largest lesson in Creative Thinking, in the attempt held at V.V. Vanniaperumal College for Women in Virudhunagar in 2018.
With more than 2000 talks at different venues, Faraqualeeth is now poised to break his own record by attempting the largest lesson in Creative Thinking with 5000 people.
To be a successful communicator, Faraqualeeth’s mantra is very simple. “One must give the audience an experience, connect with them emotionally and excite them to keep a hold of their attention for a longer time. This has worked for me all these years and by God’s grace I have been able to change many hearts through my talks,” adds Prince.
Not just for public speaking, Faraqualeeth advises entrepreneurs to use the same mantra for their business. “Make sure that your brand is built on a powerful story. Though not all the brands are built like that, good stories that make an emotional connect can build big brands. There are so many such brands in the industry,” he points out.
Outside brand building, marketing and business, Faraqualeeth focuses more on creative thinking, which he says is the need of the hour with men trying to compete with artificial intelligence. Claiming that there could arrive a time where only those with creative thinking can be successful in the era of artificial intelligence. He also proposes to use the left hand more than the right in order to make the right brain work better.
“Creative thinking is linked with the right brain and once we give more work to the left hand, the right brain becomes more active. I am starting to write in the left hand and am teaching my kids to follow it. You too should,” he opines.
