Valarmathi, the Correspondent of Sakthi Nursery and Primary School, Malumichampatti petitioned the District Collector, K. Rajamani today demanding action against her sister-in-law and her accomplices for reportedly demolishing the school building constructed in the share of land given to her and registered under the name of her brother Sakthivel, on Friday.
In her petition, Valarmathi stated that the total area of the land was 2.16 acres and that the school was constructed on 1.68 acres of land. With over 70 students studying in the school which had classes from LKG to 5th, Valarmathi requested protection for the school since she had been receiving death threats from those who had demolished her school, which she specifically felt was from her brother's wife.
