The petitions were received by the Assistant Corporation Commissioners, V Saravanan, N Annadurai and R Mohanasundari who promised prompt action by concerned authorities. Public from various locations in Coimbatore submitted their petition on various basic facilities like drinking water, street lights, road facilities and sanitation.
The Zonal Assistant Commissioner T Ravi, Senthil Kumar Rathinam, A J Senthil Arasan, M Selvan, Senthil Arasan, Mahesh Kanagaraj, Executive Engineer Gnanavel, Urban Development Officer (Planning), Ravichandran, District Welfare Officer Santhosh Kumar, District Education Officer Palani, Accounts Officer Lakshmi Prabha (Water Board Department), other Corporation officials and public were present.
