The District Collector appreciated the spirit of Coimbatore by commending that "The City of Coimbatore never waits for governmental intervention for things to move on.
The industries, associations and entrepreneurs of this enterprising city take up the responsibility on their shoulders to develop the city."
"Coimbatore is witnessing an exceptional upscale growth and development. The Defence corridor to be set up here will boost the growth of manufacturing sector in Coimbatore in the near future" opined Collector K.Rajamani.
The District Collector lauded the efforts of CREDAI and other Industrial bodies in Coimbatore for transforming the city truly smart.
Welcoming the gathering, Surendar Vittel, President, CREDAI, Coimbatore said that it was a matter of satisfaction that happening was being involved at the city and State level in Real Estate Development policy making.
The CREDAI President also outlined the CSR activities carried out by CREDAI Coimbatore.
Rajiv Ramaswamy, Secretary, CREDAI in his report briefed the activities of CREDAI during the year. He recalled the knowledge updation programmes which included sessions on GST, reality check, RERA, CDBR and City Level Planning.
Justice B Rajendran, Chairman Tamil Nadu Real Estate Appellate Tribunal was the other chief Guest along with District Collector K.Rajamani.
S. Sridharan, Chairman, CREDAI TN was the guest of honour. Members of CREDAI from Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai and Erode were present.
