Military officials generally join private institutions and other government jobs after retirement. To aid them in their future careers, the Government organised this certified training for officials through the Fire Safety Department.
Disaster management, fight fires caused by petrol and acids, removing uprooted trees from the roads, rescuing people from debris were taught at the training session. Coonoor Fire Station Head, Mohan along with other fire fighters trained the military officials and soldiers.
