The Jeeva Nagar residents complained that the Corporation officials and Urban Development officials were evicting them forcibly and disconnecting their electricity connection, causing undue inconvenience to all. With the officials verbally threatening them with forced eviction, the residents fear that their children's education would suffer too. Hence, they petitioned at the District Collectorate along with their children seeking a solution.
