Coimbatore : On World Blood Donor Day, several awareness campaigns, processions and programs were held across the city. Dr. R.V. Arts and Science College in Karamadai organized a blood donation camp which was inaugurated by V Ramakrishnan, Managing Trustee and led by Dr. Krishnaraj from Sri Ramakrishna Multispeciality Hospital in Coimbatore. The Blood Bank team collected 50 units of blood from volunteers who donated at the camp today.
