Miraculous escape on Tirupur-Palladam highway for those involved in multiple vehicle collision

Tirupur: A car on a test drive hit a two-wheeler while trying to get across the road in Mahalakshmi Nagar on the Tirupur-Palladam highway.


Tirupur: A car on a test drive hit a two-wheeler while trying to get across the road in Mahalakshmi Nagar on the Tirupur-Palladam highway. 



The driver of the car lost control thereon and rammed into an Omni van and 4 two-wheelers heading straight into a bakery. 



Miraculously, there were no casualties among the 10 people involved in the multiple vehicle collision. 



Owing to the timely release of the airbag, the driver Subramaniyam (37), Balamurugan (25) and the bakery employee Rathinasamy (29) narrowly escaped. Others in front of the bakery also escaped from being hit by the car. 



The collision caused a huge traffic jam on the Tirupur-Palladam highway, this morning. Palladam police reached the spot quickly to cleared traffic and deal with commotion in the area.
