Tirupur: In a shocking incident, a 13-year-old Bihari girl who was impregnated by a man belonging to Odisha gave birth to a boy baby in Tirupur Government Hospital, today.
The 13-year old girl from Bihar lives with her parents in Tirupur who work in a knitwear unit. When her parents were not around, Ajit Krashal who hails from Odisha lured the girl into a relationship with him. When the girl had complained of acute stomach pain, her parents took her to a clinic where they were told that their daughter was pregnant. The girl's parents registered a complaint against Ajit Krashal, who had absconded by then. Based on the complaint by the parents, the Tirupur South Women's Police booked Ajit Krashal under the POCSO Act and have launched a man-hunt for him.
