Tamil Nadu Chamber Foundation to host 'Vibrant Tamil Nadu' Expo from August 12-15

The Tamil Nadu Chamber Foundation is to host 'Vibrant Tamil Nadu' an International Food and Kitchen Equipment Expo in Madurai, between August 12 and 15. The Foundation had a press interaction at Chamber towers today to invite businesses and industries from Coimbatore to participate in the Expo.

According to the organisers of the event, the Expo had about 150 companies and 200 importers from 20 countries participating in last year's event, generating Rs. 172 crore through trade. This year, over 200 importers from 30 countries will participate in the event.

Speaking about the event, J K Muthu, Tech and Media Head of the Expo said, "Vibrant Tamil Nadu was started based on the concept of Vibrant Gujarat. The team had visited more than 20 countries and conducted road shows across the country to invite traders and businessmen to participate in the event. The event is a great platform for business expansion and investment opportunities. We are here to invite food products and kitchen equipment manufacturers from Coimbatore to display their products and to grow their businesses."



The Chairman of Vibrant Tamil Nadu Expo, K Thirupathirajan reiterated the benefits of the Expo. He stated, "Importers from untapped markets like Madagaskar and Mauritius from the east and Bangladesh and Nepal will attend the Expo. This will be a huge opportunity for businesses from the State to sign international agreements and grow beyond domestic borders."

Food products manufacturers, farmer producer companies and kitchen equipment manufacturers will take part in the event which is expected to generate a business of over 300 crores which is nearly double the business generated in the last edition.
