The Hajra Committee of Coimbatore organised a special prayer in the Kuniamuthur area and the Jak Committee hosted their special prayers at Ayisha Hall, Kuniamuthur. Even as thousands of Muslims gathered to celebrate Ramzan, they generously donated basic items to the needy and the poor. Ramzan will be celebrated by a majority of the Muslims in Tamil Nadu tomorrow and has been declared as a Government holiday.
