Tirupur: Ashok from Neruparichal area near Angeripalayam, runs a recycled Cardboard sale godown. All of a sudden, the godown and it's stock caught fire and spread wildly.
Tirupur: Ashok from Neruparichal area near Angeripalayam, runs a recycled Cardboard box sale godown. All of a sudden, the godown and it's stock caught fire and spread wildly.
Upon getting the information about the fire accident, fire extinguisher vehicles from Tirupur North and South rushed to the spot. 4 such vehicles and several firefighters fought valiantly for over 3 hours to douse the fire.
The smoke emanating from the fire became an irritant to the nearby public and this caused some difficulty to the firefighters too as they couldn't go near the fire for a while.
JCB vehicles were brought to the spot and with the aid of them the fire was eventually put out. Several lakh rupees worth of stock got burnt in the fire.
