Servol Engineering is a manufacturer of paper machine and have been in the business for the past 40 years. For the past three years, the management has not been paying fair salaries to its employees. The livelihood of its employees has been affected since the employees have not being given pension and insurance fund for the past eight months, thus disabling the employees of acquiring medical services.
Even after escalating the matter to the management and the employee's welfare team, nothing has been done thus far to sort out the issue. The members of CITU and PMS urged the Collector K Rajamani to take necessary action.
