Coimbatore: City Police Commissioner, Sumit Sharan presented a certificate of appreciation to police constable, Saravanakumar for helping a boy to get his photos on the day of NEET exam.

NEET exams were held across the country on May 5. A private school near Peelamedu here was one among the centre for NEET and Saravanakumar, a police constable was on duty there. One of the students had forgotten to bring photos for exam. The student panicked and feared of not being allowed inside the exam hall.
Following this, police constable Saravanakumar who was on duty helped the student by giving him Rs.40 to go home and get the photos.
The timely act by the policeman on duty helped the boy appear for the exam.
In a bid to recognise his thoughtfulness and kind heartedness, City Police Commissioner in the presence of Deputy Commissioner (law&order) Balaji, presented a certificate of appreciation to Saravanakumar. Public also alsohave been expressing their appreciations in social media to the policeman for his timely help.
