Coimbatore : As part of an extensive cleaning drive, Target Zero, an environmental and wild conservation trust removed plastic waste and bottles from a 150 ft gorge near the Valparai second hairpin bend.
Coimbatore : As part of an extensive cleaning drive, Target Zero, an environmental and wild conservation trust removed plastic waste and bottles from a 150 ft gorge near the Valparai second hairpin bend.
Target Zero has been actively involved in clearing wastes in and around Valparai. The team collected the waste in 12 bags. "We found five plastic bags, even from this depth which is disheartening. People are polluting forest resources. We continue our work in the belief that change will occur one day," opined memebers of Target Zero.
