Following discrepancies pointed by returning officers, the TN electoral officer sent recommendation to the election commission on April 29, to consider re-polling in 46 polling booths across 15 constituencies in TN.
The EC has approved re-polling in 13 booths in TN including 8 booths in Dharmapuri, 2 booths in Theni, one each in Thiruvallur, Erode and Cuddalore. The re-polling will be held on May 19.
