Muthukumar, a resident of Marappalam Seenakolli near Gudalur reported that a bike and Scooty which were parked in front of his house were set on fire by miscreants, last night. "I had parked my bike at 8 pm in the shed near my house. I heard a peculiar sound around 11 pm. When I came out of my house, I found my vehicles on fire. Since the area where I live is known for elephant movement, I had to confirm that there was no elephant movement and then came out of my house. However, during the course of this delay, both my vehicles were completely damaged," said Muthukumar.
Thereafter, Muthukumar immediately filed a complaint with the Devala police station, following which police commenced investigation.
