Over 20 injured in a bus collision near Gudalur

The Nilgiris: Over 20 people sustained injuries in a headlong collision involving a TNSTC bus and a KSRTC bus in the forest region on the Gudalur-Mysore Road.

The Nilgiris: Over 20 people sustained injuries in a headlong collision involving a TNSTC bus and a KSRTC bus in the forest region on the Gudalur-Mysore Road.



Jalil (40), the driver of the TNSTC bus and Bannari (45) of the KSRTC bus sustained grievous injuries in the accident. Passengers in both buses who sustained injuries were taken to the Gudalur Government Hospital. Jalil was admitted to a hospital in Kerala and Bannari was admitted to the Mysore Hospital. Police have commenced investigation on the accident.
