She has also notified in the petition that her husband's co-workers had issued death threats to him. She stressed that the case should be recorded as a 'murder' case instead of a 'suicide' case. She directly alleged that Martin and his family, along with a few co-workers were the cause for her husband's death.
Palanisamy had been working in the Martin's Group for the past 25 years. She also added that officials of the Income Tax Department had assaulted Palanisamy and a case should also be filed against them under appropriate sections of the law.
