NEET exams were being conducted across the country today. A private school in Peelamedu where many students appeared for the exam witnessed parents accompanying their children up to the exam campus and enabling them to adhere to NEET guidelines. The exam has been scheduled from 12.30 pm-2 pm. But in a few cases, some students were clueless about guidelines. A few parents and the security guard of the school stepped in to help a student who was in search of his mother since he had unknowingly given his exam hall ticket to his mother and entered the exam hall. When a student was sent out of the exam hall for not having his photograph, Saravanakumar, a police constable who was there on duty gave the boy Rs.40 to quickly go out and get his photos.
Edwin Rahul and Ashok, who were videographers of a private TV channel helped a girl student who was struggling to find her Aadhaar details. Likewise, members of the public present at the exam venue helped different students struggling to fill forms and adhere to stipulated procedures for the NEET exams, which was commendable.
