He lived with his father Ravichandran who hails from Madurai, along with the family.

Sivasubramaniam was a Class 10 student in a Government School in Tirupur. When the Board Exam results were announced yesterday, Sivasubramaniam found that he had secured only 247 marks.
Sivasubramaniam who was depressed by his inability to score higher marks, committed suicide by hanging himself in his house at midnight when all were asleep. The police have registered a case and begun investigation.
