Rajesh Krishnaraj, a graduate and resident of NST Street in Podanur arrived at the polling booth in the Siththanaapuram area to cast his vote at 11 am today. But to his shock, he was informed by the electoral officials that his vote was cast by someone else at 8 am. He enquired with the electoral officials about what would be the next step, but was made to wait without being given any explanation or solution. On hearing of this unfortunate incident, District Collector K Rajamani ensured Rajesh Krishnaraj cast his vote.
