The Government employees pledged saying, "We, the citizens of India, pledge to trust Indian Democracy. We will vote for peace and truth. We will cast 100 percent votes with integrity. We will vote without any religious, caste and language bias, and without any fear or compulsion, on April 18. "
Deputy Commissioners Senthilkumar Rathinam and Saravanakumar, PWD Executive Engineer Ravichandran and other employees also participated in the event.
