Flying squads and special teams from the police department have also been constituted to prevent cash distribution. 'Three stage protection' will be provided at the vote counting centres. After I took charge, there has been no incident of police vehicles carrying money, as accused by opposition parties. I am not aware whether any such incidents occurred in the past," he added.
