Coimbatore: Tense moments prevail in Aathupaalam after public are being dispersed by the Police. Deputy Commissioner, law and order, Balaji Saravanan along with election flying squad have arrived at the spot after public rounded-up a 20- feet truck suspecting cash transfer.
While the driver claims that the truck is loaded with tea powder, the public fell suspicious and secured the truck and alerted the flying squad.
The traffic has been completely blocked as hundreds of public surrounded the truck and demanded to open up the container.
The police are presently dispersing the crowd. Is it just tea packets or cash? the public are restless to know the answer.
