Coimbatore : The DMK leader M K Stalin campaigned in Thondamuthur supporting the DMK candidate for Pollachi constituency, Shanmugasundaram.
Addressing the crowds at the campaign rally, he said, "We have solid evidence about Minister Velumani’s corrupt dealings. If we release that now, there will definitely be no action against him. Velumani will be arrested and imprisoned with proof once DMK comes to power. Only with the support of Velumani, 'Bar' Nagarajan is free.
Till now, the CBI has not completed the inquiry in the Pollachi sexual abuse case and the CB-CID is conducting the inquiries in favour of the AIADMK ministers and cadres. CBI investigation will happen once DMK comes to power," he reiterated.
