Tirupur: "The two alliances formed in Tamil Nadu - the BJP-AIADMK is seen as a 'hatred' alliance; while the DMK- Congress alliance is seen as a 'deceiving' alliance.
However, in this upcoming elections no national party can gain a single majority", said AMMK Deputy General Secretary, TTV Dinakaran in Tirupur on Monday.
While campaigning for AMMK candidate for Tirupur constituency, S.R. Selvam on Tirupur-Kangayam road, TTV Dinakaran said, "Communist party which has forged an alliance with DMK here is proposing that Rahul Gandhi should be the Prime Minister of the nation, whereas the same party has taken a different stance in Kerala saying that they will beat Rahul Gandhi in the election.
M K Stalin who is claiming that Rahul Gandhi will be the next Chief Minister is holding talks with Mamata Banerjee. This shows the lack of clarity in their end goals".
"No any national party can gain majority in the upcoming elections, as regional party which gains maximum votes will come to power with the support of Congress" he added.
"Modi government is against AMMK and that is the reason cooker symbol was given to independent candidates and not to AMMK", he alleged.
