Coimbatore: Hussain Lal, General Observer for the Nilgiris Parliamentary Constituency convened a meeting at the District Collectorate here to brief on the various measures to be implemented and monitored for fair and free elections.
The meeting was attended by election officers, zonal officers, officers in the flying squad and election monitoring squad from Mettupalayam and Coimbatore.
The general observer also supervised the media monitoring centre and single window certificate issuing centres at the District Collectorate, here.
