Santhosh Kumar, Durai, Sathish and Vijayakumar were the four suspects who were interrogated by the Police for the past 4 days.
Among the suspects, Santhosh Kumar from Thondamuthur here have confessed to have sexually abused and murdered the child.
Santhosh Kumar who lives in Uriyampalayam near Thondamuthur is a painter by profession and lives alone after his wife left him. Police confirmed his involvement in the heinous crime after a DNA sample test.
According to neighbours, Santhosh Kumar used to visit his grand parents house in Pannimadai quite often.
