From the day model code of conduct came into effect on March 11 to till date, Rs 1.94 crore has been seized by electoral flying squads which were handed over to the treasury.
And, 80 silk sarees, 1,681 liquor bottles, 15 kg banned tobacco products worth Rs 30,000 and an air-pistol were also seized and handed over to the police stations within the limit.
