Coimbatore : In a concerted effort to ensure 100 percent voting in Coimbatore district, a signature campaign was started by the Returning Officer and District Collector K Rajamani at the Race Course today. Corporation Commissioner Shravan Kumar, and Assistant Returning Officer and Deputy Commissioner, Prassana Ramasamy led the campaign.

Hundreds of people signed on the banners which read, "Being a democratic Indian citizen, I am assuring that I will fulfill my duty, by casting my vote in the Lok Sabha election on 18th April.”
Assistant Returning Officer and Regional Deputy Commissioner, Senthil Arasan, Assistant Income Tax Officer, Mahesh and many others participated in this event.
