DMK advocate wing petitions at CB-CID office, demand why Pollachi case is not being investigated by CBI

Coimbatore: The DMK advocate wing petitioned at the CB-CID office seeking an explanation from the CB-CID for carrying out investigation in the Pollachi sexual abuse case when the case had actually been transferred to the CBI.


Coimbatore: The DMK advocate wing petitioned at the CB-CID office seeking an explanation from the CB-CID for carrying out investigation in the Pollachi sexual abuse case when the case had actually been transferred to the CBI.

After filing a petition at the CB-CID office here, the members of the DMK advocate wing addressed the media saying, "The CB-CID has summoned our party functionary Thendral Selvaraj who handed over the summons to Manimaran at 3 am. Manimaran has no connection in this case. The case was transferred to CBI for which the order had been passed by the High Court and investigation has to be accordingly. Abiding to that order, we will appear at CBI," they stated.
