Ponnusamy, the President of Tamil Nadu Milk Dealers Employees Welfare Association along with other leaders of the Association met Kamal Haasan at the party's headquarters in Chennai on Tuesday to show their support to MNM.
Ever since Kamal Haasan's announcement to face this election alone without allying with any other party, the Tamil Vivasayigal Sangam, Valarum Tamilagam, IKK (India Kudiyarasu Katchi) Associations have already come forward to support MNM. The latest one to support the bandwagon of MNM is the Tamil Nadu Milk Dealers Employees Welfare Association. Since MNM has begun to receive support form various associations, it is reported that MNM cadres are in a positive frame of mind to approach the elections which are almost here.
The General Secretary of the Association, S Maariappan, Treasurer TMS Kamaraj and other functionaries of the association were also present during the meeting. MNM Party President, Kamal Haasan thanked them for their support and welcomed them to the Makkal Needhi Maiam party.
