Secular party candidate CPI (M) P R Natarajan, the AIADMK-BJP coalition candidate C P Radhakrishnan (BJP), Dr. R.Mahendran, Vice President of Makkal Needhi Mayyam, S.Kalyanasundaram of Naam Tamilar Party and a few other independent candidates who are contesting in the Coimbatore constituency are expected to file their nomination papers at the Collectorate, today.
On account of this, security has been beefed up at the Collectorate. Vehicles entering the Collectorate are allowed entry only after thorough checks. Vehicles of the candidates will be halted 100 mts in front of the Collectorate.
