Harini Arcade Residents Welfare Association petition SP urging action against shady 'massage parlour'

Coimbatore: Members of Harini Arcade Residents Welfare Association petitioned the District Superintendent of Police urging action against a spa located in their area.

Coimbatore: Members of Harini Arcade Residents Welfare Association petitioned the District Superintendent of Police urging action against a spa located in their area.

"Over 120 people reside at Harini Arcade at vadavalli to idayarpalayam road in the City. A massage parlour ‘Agri Ayurvedha Spa’ which is operational in a nearby building solicits prostitution by employing women," alleged the petition.

"Young men and women are coming to the spa in large numbers both in the mornings and evenings. They also strew liquor bottles in nearby residential areas. Women in our area feel insecure to walk down the street due to this parlour. So, stern action should be initiated against the management of the parlour," demanded residents.
