Parameswaran, advocate of Bobby Simha told "Actor Bobby Simha was committed for a movie 'Agnidev' under the production company SEANTOA’S studios. After shooting few important scenes with the actor, the producer shot the remaining parts of the film with some other person. In this regard, we had filed a complaint against the producer in Nandambakkam police station in Chennai".
He added that in this situation, the production company have advertised stating that “AGNIDEV” movie will be released in the name of “AGNIDEVI” tomorrow in theatres.
Hence, Bobby Simha has filed a case in Coimbatore Additional Judiciary court against the issue. Justice Malarmannan, who enquired the case on Thursday, ordered status quo to be followed in this case.

"The Court has ordered not to release this film tomorrow in theatres. If the court orders are not followed, a court contempt case will be filed on the theatres, QUBE company, SEANTOA studio and its owner John Paulraj", said advocate Parameswaran.
The judge has also appointed Advocate Karthik to watch the film and submit a report about the truth in this case.
