Coimbatore: Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, retired police officers, ex-servicemen, former officials from the fire and rescue department and former officials from the forest department have been asked to apply for election duty.
Coimbatore: Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, retired police officers, ex-servicemen, former officials from the fire and rescue department and former officials from the forest department have been asked to apply for election duty.
The release from the District Superintendent of Police stated, "With the Lok Sabha elections to be held next month, retired officials of the police department, ex-service men, former officers from the fire and rescue department, former forest officials who are interested to take part in election duty on April 17 and 18 can file their petitions at the election office of the District Superintendent of Police.
