Coimbatore: Ganga Medical Center and Hospitals has been conferred the Performance Excellence Trophy from the nation’s prestigious IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Awards (IMC RBNQA) Foundation.
The IMC RBNQA is an honour that recognizes exemplary practices among Indian organizations which possess an unceasing drive for radical innovation, thoughtful leadership and administrative improvement. The criteria for evaluation are similar to the Malcolm Baldrige criteria of USA, and follows similar rigorous process of training and evaluation.
The Award process was a highly structured and transparent system involving individual assessment, consensus meetings and site visits.
Ganga Hospital had also bagged the prize for the best practices in 'spine care.' This recognition is a testament of the exemplary commitment and impactful contribution of Ganga Hospitals to healthcare.
