He also expressed that TMC was happy to contest in the Tanjore constituency, as he had requested for the same. G K Vasan also apprised that his party would contest with the 'cycle' symbol and not AIADMK's 'two leaves' symbol.
According to an official statement, N R Congress will compete in Puducherry and A C Shamnugham of Pudhiya Needhi Katchi will compete in Vellore.
