Nagaraj, along with his mother Baby arrived at the District Collectorate here on Thursday to file a formal petition against circulating 'obscene' videos that allege his involvement int he sexual abuse case. "I am out on bail now but was held earlier for beating up the brother of the complainant in the Pollachi sexual abuse case.
I am regularly visiting the police station for signing, and I am abiding by all the rules of the bail. I even closed down the TASMAC outlet that I have been operating. In this scenario, my family members and I are under immense distress, due to the obscene video circulated by news channels falsely claiming the person in the video as me. I have also filed a petition with the District Collector and the Superintendent of the Police, regarding this issue," stated Nagaraj.
