The Nilgiris: A 61-year-old tea estate worker, Gopal was injured by a gaur when it attacked him at Maniyapuram tea estate in Coonoor, on Wednesday.
The Nilgiris: A 61-year-old tea estate worker, Gopal was injured by a gaur when it attacked him at Maniyapuram tea estate in Coonoor, on Wednesday.
He was rushed to the Coonoor Government Hospital for treatment. Estate workers have requested forest officials to guide straying gaurs back into the reserve forests.
