Badrakaliyamman, Kamatchiamman and Karuppannasami horse idols were newly installed at the temple in a function held at the temple.
Special poojas were held with more than five sivacharis, and the water for which the pooja was performed was taken in the procession. Hundreds of devotees and residents of nearby tribal villages took part in the procession.
