Coimbatore : The sensational Pollachi sexual case case has been transferred to CBCID.
Coimbatore : The sensational Pollachi sexual abuse case has been transferred to CBCID. Owing to mounting pressure from public and political parties, the case has been now transferred to CBCID.
This morning, upon orders from the District Collector, K. Rajamani, the four accused in the case were booked under goondas act.
The statement by the SP on Monday, received high condemnation as he confirmed that all accused related to the case have been arrested and investigated. And, this case had no connection with any politicians and their heirs and that there in no network associated in the case. He also added that only 4 videos were recovered from the cell phones seized from the four accused.
However, senior Journalist, Nakeeran Gopalan in his video has confirmed that there were more than 1000 videos and there is a huge network associated with this gang. Especially, the sons of Pollachi Jeyaraman have been associated with the case, alleged Nakeeran Jayaraman in his video.
When the SP was questioned, if the accused would be booked in the Goondas act, the SP was not certain about it. However, overturning his decision the District Collector on Tuesday morning ordered the SP to book the four accused under goondas. Now, the case has been transferred to CBCID.
