Coimbatore : In the sensational Pollachi sexual abuse case, the main accused Thirunavukarasu and the three other accused have been booked under the draconian Goondas Act.
Coimbatore : In the sensational Pollachi sexual abuse case, the main accused Thirunavukarasu and the three other accused have been booked under the draconian Goondas Act.
The action comes after District Collector, K. Rajamani ordered the Superintendent of Police to book all the four accused, under the goondas act.
With this order, the accused will have to remain in prison for a year without bail.
Presently, Thirunavukarasu has been booked under the act, following which the other three accused N. Sabarirajan (25) aka Rishwanth from MGR Nagar, N. Sathish (29) from Suleeswaranpatti and T. Vasanthakumar (24) from Pakkothipalayam will be booked under the act by noon, say sources.
