Coimbatore: Due to an unexpected fire accident in the Vadamadurai power sub station, several areas in the city are facing power outage.
Areas including Thudiyalur, Narasimanaickenpalayam, Veerapandipudur, Periyanaickenpalayam, RS Puram are facing power outage.
"We are working to douse the fire and set right the faulty lines. The power will be restored by another 2-3 hours", said an official from Vadamadurai sub station.
